Spa Booking Policy
Same-Day cancellations and late cancellations (within 24 hours of service) incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. No-shows incur a fee of 90% of the total service cost and are banned from future booking. After two or more consecutive reschedules you will be required to pay a $45 non refundable deposit to book appointments.
